From May until September matches are played at Beaufort Polo Club every weekend and even on some week days, offering Beaufort Brides a sporting edge to their celebrations. The Club, set in the heart on the Cotswold countryside, provides a secluded venue yet is only a short drive from the beautiful and historic market town of Tetbury in Gloucestershire.

When it comes to your Special day, Beaufort Polo Club offers two unique wedding packages;
The Beaufort Marquee
The Beaufort Marquee provides the perfect setting for your Cotswold wedding reception. With a flexible seating capacity which allows weddings from 70 to 700 guests to be equally comfortable, the venue provides you with the freedom to create exactly the look and feel you want.
Venue Hire Charges - £3,500 plus VAT which includes;
- Furniture for up to 300 guests
- Pitch side setting, including private enclosure so you and your guests can enjoy the excitement of a Chukka or two
- Access to the Marquee from 9am on the day of hire (set up the day before may be available and is subject to the events diary)
- Support from our experienced Events team in the run up to your day

Catering in the Marquee
Booking the Beaufort Marquee secures William’s Kitchen at Calcot as your caterer and we are delighted to partner with arguably the best wedding caterer in this region. William’s Kitchen at Calcot offers you over 30 years of outside catering experience and the strong foundations of the Calcot name, providing the reassurance that in these testing times you have a supplier you can rely upon.

The Club House
For a more intimate wedding celebration why not hire the Club House, perfect for parties of up to 70 guests. Our clubhouse caterer is able to provide a selection of mouth-watering dishes for you and your guests to enjoy. Please contact us for further details.
